
The IP Stanback Museum and Planetarium was host Thursday, October 16th to Time Warner Cable's Palmetto People, a public affairs talk show that focuses on the people, events and places in South Carolina. Co-Host Mary Anne Jacobs, Senior Director of Public Affairs, interviewed Orangeburg Mayor Paul Miller, as well as IP Stanback Museum and Planetarium Director Ellen Zisholtz.
Jacobs, her co-host, Time Warner Cable's Senior Director of Public Affairs Richard Green, and the crew of Palmetto People toured Journey From Africa to Gullah, and were impressed with the variety and quality of the art and artifacts. They all agreed the Stanback is Orangeburg's "best kept secret".
